For the 2010 summer season, members of the Southern Skinny-Dipping Society now meet once each month for socializing and relaxing in the sun and water at a southeastern LA venue. These regular meetings provide visitors and newcomers the opportunity to meet members of the group, and seek membership if they so desire. The venue we use does charge various entry fees for couples and singles, so visitors to our group should bear this in mind when planning a visit.
For those interested in meeting us and learning more about our group, the contact page provides an easy way to get in touch with us, and from which we can provide additional information on meetings and membership.
Past Events & News
- Members of the Southern Skinny-Dipping Society enjoyed a great get-together with the local Sandy Bares in January, helping them celebrate their 14th Anniversary as a group. Many thanks to the Sandy Bares for inviting us to be a part of that celebration, and for the opportunity to meet with their members, who were all very welcoming and enthusiastic. The Southern Skinny-Dipping Society looks forward to activities with the Sandy Bares in the near future, particularly as we all await the springtime and its warm and sunny weather! Happy Birthday Sandy Bares!
- The group recently enjoyed a fun get-together at the Hills in May. Members met, enjoyed what was a great day, sunny and warm, and with a great crowd of other skinny-dippers around the pool. It looks as though monthly skinny-dips will become regular events. Thanks to everyone who could make it, and who helped make the day so pleasant.
- With the first signs of spring in the air, and a beautiful weekend predicted, society members met once again at the Hills for their first meeting of 2010 during the second weekend of March, and to enjoy kickin'-back with one another for a while. Although the weather was cool, the sunshine was warm enough to provide some time for nude relaxation as everyone caught up on events of the past months and share ideas for the upcoming outdoor nudist season.
- The Southern Skinny-Dipping Society may soon have its own unique logo. A proposal will be written for students in a local university arts program to create a logo for the society.
- During November, members recently enjoyed getting together at a local club for some late fall socializing. Twelve members of the Southern Skinny-Dipping Society met for a kick-back weekend at the Hills, where they found the management helpful and supportive of Louisiana and Mississippi's newest, non-landed nudist club.
